Robert Bilida, President
Robert Bilida is President of CCD Energy Services. He is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a bachelor of Commerce, and majors in operational research and finance. He started his first business in 1986 while in university installing underground television cables. His successful business continued in the underground utility industry until 2005 after which Robert expanded into the oil and gas pipeline market. In 2006, he started to explore new methods of performing rock drilling to mitigate environmental damage. Today, his company CCD Energy Services is the industry leader in environmental air drilling and continues to develop improvements to our unique process. Robert has been married to Sherry for 21 years, and together they have five children. Alexandra their oldest daughter is now working in the company office.
Albert Han, Technical/Bid Support
Albert Han is CCD Energy Services’ Technical/Bid Support. He has been with CCD Energy Services since July 2005 where he started as a roughneck in telecommunication. Over the past 4½ years, Albert has worked his way up as a roughneck through to driller, locator, team leader, foreman, HSE/Project Manager, Office/Project Manager to his current Technical/Bid Support position. With the background history of 15 years experience in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Computer Information Technology, and Network/System Management, Albert has played an important role in growing CCD from a small business company with only 4 employees to being one of the most competitive HDD companies in Alberta and British Columbia.
Carol Brzezicki, Office Manager
Carol Brzezicki comes to CCD Energy Services with a Master’s degree in Health Studies-which focused on leadership and community development. Her Master’s degree is supplemented by summer sessions at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health focusing on the determinants of health concerns within the Indigenous community. Carol brings many years experience within management and in negotiation at all levels of government. Carol is very excited to be at CCD Energy Services, she feels the focus on environmentally considerate directional air drilling is consistent with her values as an Aboriginal person. Carol has been married to Richard for 29 years-they have 3 adult children.
